Welcome to RosiCurls!
To ensure clarity and convenience for all of our clients, please review our policies before booking.
Deposits
A deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit is non-refundable.
Cancelling an Appointment
If you must cancel your appointment, please do so at least 3 days in advance. Deposits for cancelled appointments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Rescheduling an Appointment
If you reschedule your appointment at least 3 days in advance, you may use your deposit for the next appointment ONE TIME. Any last-minute rescheduling will result in a lost deposit. If you need to reschedule the appointment more than once, a new deposit will be required. This excludes any rescheduling that is initiated by RosiCurls.
No Call/No Show
If you do not show up for your appointment and do not notify us, you will be charged 50% of the service cost and may be unable to book future appointments with RosiCurls.
Refund Policy
At RosiCurls, we strive to ensure every client feels confident and cared for. While we do not offer refunds once a service has been completed, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you have any concerns about your service, please reach out via email or text, and we will gladly work with you to make it right at no additional cost. Please note that any additional service requested beyond the original appointment will be charged accordingly.

Curly Cut + RosiLites
Signature Color [$600, 5 hours]

This experience includes everything from our Signature Curly Cut, plus a personalized color consultation and expert application. Whether you need a root touch-up or all-over color, we use curl friendly products designed to enhance dimension while prioritizing the health of your colored curls.

Video consultation [$50]

Rosi is pleased to offer exclusive one-on-one video consultations to help you understand your hair needs and achieve your goals—without the wait! This is perfect for anyone who needs color advice, wants to discuss bridal hair ideas, or desires a personalized healthy hair plan. Meet with Rosi virtually and imagine the possibilities!
Ready to book?
All clients must come with their hair in workable condition. Please come in with your hair properly prepped for your appointment. To receive a proper curly cut I need to see what's going on with your hair on a daily basis. We want to see the buffet of curl types, heat damage, the stubborn pieces, etc. The same obstacles you deal with will give us more information of what it is you struggle with maintaining your curls at home.
These obstacles are vital for us to assess and evaluate what will be the perfect solution to customize your appointment. Not doing so can result in declining your service and fees do apply.
DOs
DO cleanse, condition and style your hair curly (with product) the day of your appointment or day before or style as if you were going out.
DO have your hair thoroughly dry.
DO come with an open mind ready to accept and love your hair in all its natural glory!
DON’Ts
DON’T arrive with a ponytail, bun, twist out, roller-set, perm-rod set, braids, headbands, curl-former, etc. or any style that stretches or changes your hair’s natural curl pattern.
DON’T brush, pick or comb your hair out the day of your service.
DON’T style your hair with products that are excessively sticky or greasy/oily. For example, shea butter or coconut oilor hard hold gels.
DON’T arrive for your appointment with wet hair.
DAMAGED HAIR
If you have damaged hair due to relaxers, texturizer, keratin treatments, color, heat, extensions, braids or neglect, please send us an email with a picture of your hair. You may also book a virtual consultation. We are here to help get you from your current condition to all natural. This process will take time and we look forward to being with your through the entire process. It may take several visits and haircuts to reach your goals. I am a TRULY NATURAL STYLIST, I do not have the tools or practice the methods to create faux curls.

I am Rosi, the curly hair stylist behind the chair. I am a certified Devacurl Master stylist and Rëzocut certified with extensive experience in taking care of curly hair. I am a one-woman show who takes great pride in teaching curly kings and queens how to maintain and embrace their curls! You can learn more about me here.

I am all about creating a unique experience that you can benefit from long after you leave the salon chair. It is not an in-and-out type of salon — every service comes with an in-depth consultation to understand your needs and recommend products and techniques tailored for you.
Because of the staff’s extensive training and unique expertise, you‘ll notice that the prices may be higher than regular salons. But what you get is a curated experience that you can look forward to every time you book an appointment.

If you are not sure which appointment to book, we can set up a 20-minute video chat consultation via email and I can offer some guidance on which service may be best for you.

Our salon is booked up for several weeks or months in advance. Please request an appointment and you will be notified when an appointment window opens up.
If you need an appointment because of a time-sensitive event (wedding, vacation, etc.) please send us an email and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Yes, we accept cash, checks and credit cards. Please note that there is a processing fee of 3.5% when you pay with a credit card, so we do prefer cash payments.

Contact us as soon as you can to cancel. If you need to reschedule, please do so 72 hours before your appointment. If the appointment is not cancelled at least 24 hours before the appointment time, or if you are a no-show, you will be charged $100 for color services and $50 for all other services.

We try to limit the amount of people in the salon at once, you should only bring someone if they are necessary for your appointment.
Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.

Every appointment comes with an in-depth consultation to understand your hair’s current condition and what it needs based on your hair goals.
You’ll also leave with product recommendations tailored for your specific hair type and a regimen for you to implement at home. Our goal is to teach you how to take care of your curls so that you can get salon results from the comfort of your home!

“Curly cut” is a general term to refer to haircuts using techniques designed for curly hair. The hair is cut dry while in its natural state so that the stylist can see where the curls fall naturally and shape accordingly. There are several types of curly cuts, including Rëzo Cuts, Devacurl Cuts, Tunnel Cuts and more.
With a Rëzo Cut, the stylist will create a shape that is even all around — whether the hair stays curly or is straightened. The result is gorgeous, full hair that looks great with any style.

Generally, you want to get a trim every 2 to 3 months for 2A-C hair types and 5 to 6 months for hair types 3A and above. Signs it’s time for a trim include:

At RosiCurls, we pride ourselves on providing excellent service. If you are unsatisfied with your visit and reach out to us within a week of your visit, you can come back to the salon and receive a corrective service at no additional charge. Please reach out to us via email for the quickest response to your concern. We reserve the right to refuse this courtesy at our discretion.

It will vary depending on your hair’s current condition and what you got done on your first visit. We will establish a regimen during your first consultation and determine the best steps moving forward.
